Instructions
In a small bowl, add the protein powder, cocoa and mix with a bit of water (1-2 tbsp) to create a thick paste. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan, add the oats2 and milk and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir the protein powder-cocoa paste until well combined.
Serve into a bowl, top with banana, berries and almond butter.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
1. This recipe uses a 50/50 blend of cookies and cream whey and unflavored casein.
2. To boost fiber and create a thicker consistency, you can optionally add 1-2 tsp of ground flax (5-10 g).
