The mix of whey and casein protein ensures a complete amino acid profile, while the peanut butter and berries contribute additional protein, fiber, and essential vitamins. Want to boost fiber even more? Stir in ground flax or chia seeds — both rich in omega-3s and gut-friendly fiber— for added texture and nutrition. A key tip for the perfect texture: mix the protein powder and cocoa powder with a little water to form a paste before stirring it into the porridge off the heat—this ensures a smooth, creamy consistency without lumps.
